Ultrasonic diffuser: Following the user instruction, fill your diffuser with filtered water, place 3–4 drops of Essential Oil and turn your machine on. You’ll enjoy a delectable scent that will last several hours.
Inhalation: Place 1–2 drops on a cloth or paper tissue and breathe deeply to stimulate your energetic centers as needed.
Sensible precautions: Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Always use a carrier oil to dilute essential oils in case of contact with skin (water does not dilute oil).
